摘要: 该文研究新型红外透射材料CaLa2S4在高速固体粒子冲蚀下的破坏规律.包括:冲蚀裂纹的形成和扩展,小碎片的形成和振荡,冲击速率(从22m·s-1到180m·s-1)对蚀坑发展和冲蚀率的影响.并且对CaLa2S4在冲蚀条件下的塑性变形及其临界冲击速率、以及水平裂纹表面的扩展条纹进行了分析讨论.

Abstract: Solid particle erosion of the CaLa2S4 infra-red transmitting material has been studied; it includes crack initiation and propagation, flake formation and oscillation as well as the effect of solid velocity (from 22 to 180m·s-1) on crater morphology and erosion rate. Theoretical analysis has been carried out upon (1) plasticity in the contact zone, and (2) the striation mark on the lateral crack surface. And by using a membrane free vibration model, the widths of striation mark have been estimated.
