摘要: 针对机械零件磨损可靠性分析的难点出发,研制出推力滑动轴承加速磨损试验在线测量机;重点报道了推力滑动轴承磨损规律的实验研究成果;提出了基于精密测量为基础的机械零件磨损可靠性计算的新理论、新方法.

关键词: 推力滑动轴承, 磨损量概率分布, 加速磨损试验, 初始边缘磨损

Abstract: This paper focused on the difficult points existing in the reliability analysis of the machine elements wear. An on-line measuring rig used in the accelerated wear test of the thrush sliding bearing was developed. The main experimental research accomplishments on the wear process of the thrust sliding bearing were reported in the paper. Based on precise measurement, a new theory and method for the reliability calculation of machine elements wear were proposed.
