摘要: 用选择Bragg峰的X射线衍射异常精细结构(XDAFS)方法测定了Fe3O4的XDAFS谱.结果显示,400衍射的谷位在220衍射谷位的高能量一侧,其位移量约1.4eV,这表明Fe3O4中处于不同晶体学等效位置的两种铁离子的内层电子结构不同.

Abstract: XANES spectrums of Fe3O4 have been determined by means of X-ray diffraction anomalous fine structure (XDAFS) with synchrotron radiation. The valley position of the 400 diffraction is a side of the high energy of the 220 valley position. The displacement quantity is about 1.4eV. This result shows that electronic states of two kinds of iron ions which lie in the different equivalent lattice positions in Fe3O4 are different.
