废料上行新对策——原理与新凹模设计

摘要: 报道了在自动化冲压加工中防止废料上行问题的新成果:提出一种以增大摩擦阻力为主的抑止原理,并通过直接比较实验研究,择优推荐一种新倒锥形凹模及其设计要点.这一研究进展,对促进21世纪冲压加工技术的发展具有较大重要意义.

关键词: 废料上行, 抑制原理, 新倒锥形凹模

Abstract: A new research result has been introduced to the Problem on blank scrap upgoing in automation presswork. The restraint principle which relies mainly on increasing the frictional force is put forward. And by direct comparison of the experimental methods, a new inverse conical die and its design gist are recommended in this Paper. The research result has important significance to the development of automation presswork in the 21st century.
