摘要: 该文指出球度评定的LSS法对坐标平移(或刚体平移)不具不变性,故将平面上二次方程拟合圆的方法发展为空间二次方程拟合球的方法(QES法),得出了QES法对坐标变换(或刚体运动变换)具有不变性。首次提出了测全球时球翻转所产生的二次定位误差的消除方法和二次方程球度误差的计算公式。

Abstract: This paper indicates that LSS (least square sphere) sphericity error doesn't keep invariant with respect to coordinates translation but QES (quadratic equation sphere) sphericity error can. Method which can efficiently eliminate the twice positional error as a result of turning over the sphere for its full shape test has been firstly. proposed, and the formula of QES sphericity error has been esta-blished by means of QES fitting.
