大喷煤量高炉内骨架焦炭的劣化问题

摘要: 指出了高炉喷煤与骨架焦炭工作条件恶化的定量关系,使焦炭要化的主要原因;分析了焦炭的初始质量、气化反应、原位还原反应以及焦炭与熔体的反应对焦炭热强度的影响;介绍了某些抑制焦炭劣化的实验研究。最后讨论了保护大喷煤量高炉内焦炭质量的最佳工作状态。

Abstract: According to the theory of carbon balance, it is shown that the cha-racteristic parameters of the grid coke in B. F are deteriorated with the increase of coal injection rate. lnvestigations into the effect of coke quality, solution loss, insititu-reduction and coke-melt reactions on the coke beat strength as well as increasing the ore preneduction degree and using new charging technic to restrain the coke degradtion are intraduced. With the above aim, the optimum of B. F operation under an ultra coal injection rate is discussed.
