摘要: 提出了应用红外技术提高蜂窝陶瓷柴油机排气微粒过滤器再生能力的新构想,介绍了红外辐射加热的基本原理如红外材料辐射热能的特性,进行了有无红外辐射材料涂层的三种再生方案的试验比较.试验结果表明,作者提出的新构想是可行的.

Abstract: The author puts forward a new conceptionic improve regeneration ability of the honeycomb ceramic filter for diesel engine exhaust particulate by infrared radiation. Heating principle of infrared radiation and heating character of infrared radiating material are discussed. The three regeneration plans with or without infrared radiating material coating have been experimented. The experimental results indicate that the new concoption is feasible.
