水热合成针形α-Fe2O3与表征

摘要: 在晶体助长剂存在时,用水热法由Fe(OH)3凝胶于180℃合成了针形α-Fe2O3,并用TEM、XRD、IR和TG进行了表征.在100℃时,用进行陈化的方法比较了4种晶体成长剂对α-Fe2O3的形成及其形态的影响,结果表明HEDP和DMPG有利于α-Fe2O3长成针形和纺锤形,而酒石酸和柠檬酸可使α-Fe2O3长成柱形和短柱形.最佳反应温度的选择取决于所加晶体成长剂的种类和浓度.

Abstract: Acicular α-Fe2O3 particles hydrothermally synthesized at 180℃ from Fe(OH) 3 gel in the presence of morphological modifiers are characterized by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis. The influence of 4 modifiers on the formation of acicular α-Fe2O3 is compared by aging reaction at 100℃. The presence of HEDP and DMPG results in acicular and spindle crystals elongated along the c axis, tartaric acid and citric acid gave rod-like and short-column crystals. The choice of optimum reaction temperature depends on the modifier and its concentration.
