摘要: 在讨论(HgCd) Te探测器耗尽层宽d和光吸收系a的基础上,导出了探测器截止波长的有效Franz-Keldvsh偏低△λcea、d的关系式,说明了实验测定的△λce偏低的原因.

Abstract: The width of the depletion region d and the photon absorption coefficient a of the pn+ junction (HgCd) Te detectors are calculated. The equation about the relation among a, d and the effetive Franz-Keldysh shift △λce is derived. And an interpretation of tremendous difference between △λcm and △λce presented.
