摘要: 该文用PR方程分析了二元氮-烃类低温混合工质等温节流效应与工质沸点、成分配比、高压入口压力之间的关系.指出采用二元氮-烃类混合工质可以大大提高节流效应,从而增大制冷量、缩短降温时间.

Abstract: The PR equation is used to calculate the refrigerating capacity of binary cryogenic mixtures containing nitrogen and alkanes. The effects of inlet pressure, standard boiling point and composition on the isothermal Joule-Thomoson effect when using these mixtures are also revealed. The refrigerating capacity will be increased by using binary cryogenic mixtures in a Joule-Thomoson cryocooler. And also, the inlet pressure will be decreased at the same refrigerating capacity.
