微波有源浮地电感

摘要: 微波有源电感[1,2]通常可由电容负载二端口有源倒置器网络实现,这种电感为接地电感.有源浮地电感在理论上可通过在两个倒置器之间并入一个电容的电路结构来实现,但是这种方法的实用性因其结构复杂、电路尺寸相对较大而受到限制.该文提出了一种在有源接地电感基础上,通过对其适当改进而实现有源浮地电感的简明方法,其原理可望在微波单片集成电路中获得应用.

Abstract: Microwave active inductor[1,2] could be realized in general by a capacitor-loa ded two port active inverter network. This kind of inductor has its one end connected to ground. Active floating inductor can be designed theoretically by two inverters and a parallel capacitor inserted between them, but it isn't useful in practice due to its complex configuration and its relatively large size. In this paper a simple method of the design of actice floating inductor which is based on the active grounded inductor is proposed. This method may be of importance in synthesizing microwave monolithic integrated circuits (MMIC).
