摘要: 建立了轴对称挤压过程热平衡的有限差分模型,在该模型中采用了动可容球形速度场,综合考虑了塑性变形、摩擦、热传导以及材料流动等引起的挤压温升.利用该模型分析了等速挤压的温度变化、模拟等温挤压和等温挤压的速度、温度的变化关系.其结果与实验数据相符,可用于热挤压工艺参数的优化设计.

Abstract: A finite difference model of heat balance in axisymmetric extrusion process is constructed. In this model, a kinematically admissible velocity field is adapted and a rise in temperature is calculated by considering the heat generation due to deformation and friction, heat transfer and material flow, etc. Using this model, not only the rise in temperature during constant speed -extrusion process is calculated, but also the profile of ram speed temperature for simulant constant exit temperature extrusion and constant temperature extrusion under a specified exit temperature is calculated. The results are well in agreement with those of the experiments. The model can be used to optimize process parameters of hot extrusion.
