摘要: 对于掺杂离子导体(DIC),由立方粒子广义晶格模型过渡到立方粒子连续交叠模型,找到在粒子连续交叠条件下的浓度和密度的关系式.采用连续逾渗模型和有效介质近似(FMA)研究了粒子尺度对于系统临界点阈值和电导率的影响.

Abstract: A continuum overlapping model of cubic particles is introduced based on ge neralized lattice model of discrete overlapping particles for the dispersed ionic conductors. By using this model, the relationship between the concentration and the density of DIC system is found out. With the effective medium approximation(EMA), the effects of the particle size on the critical threshould and condutivity are studied and discussed.
