摘要: 给出了经光纤传导的LD泵Nd:YAG固体激光器的研究结果,得到连续输出激光最大功率为32.5mW,阈值泵功率为22mW,斜效率为13.9%.分析了经光纤传导的DPL器件的稳定性.

Abstract: The output of a laser-diode array, coupled with optical fiber, is used to an end-pumped Nd:YAG solid -state laser. The continuous output power of 32.5mW is obtained with 13.9% slope efficiency, and the threshold is 22mW.
