摘要: 机械设备在运行过程中由于运动副中的摩擦与热源的作用,各零部件将产生热变形.热变形的大小受零件的形状、材料以及表层残余应力等因素的影响.该文以简单的几何形体——厚壁长圆筒为例,着重分析了表层残余应力对几何形体热变形的影响,这种影响在超精密加工和纳米技术中是不能忽略的.

Abstract: Mechanical motion produces thermal deformation due to the friction. The thermal deformation depends on the shape, material and the surface residual stress of the element. In this paper we mainly discuss the influence of the surface residual stress on the thermal deformation of a simple geometric figure——a thick long cylinder, and we propose that influence of the thermal deformation can not be neglected in the super precision machining and nanometer technology.
