B14振型圆环驻波超声波电动机

摘要: 提出了一种在圆环上设置凸起,只需采用一组压电陶瓷激励,使凸起顶部形成对转子的斜向推动,从而实现驱动的新型超声波电动机.介绍了这种电动机的工作原理,通过有限元计算分析了振子弹性体结构尺寸对其固有频率的影响,并计算了振子B14振型的固有频率,其计算值与实测值具有较好的吻合.还测试了样机的转速,验证了本结构的可行性.

Abstract: A new type of standing -wave ultrasonic motor which consists of a ring plate with projections is only excited by one group of piezoelectric ceramics. The tops of the projections form the oblique displacement motion, so the projections provide the driving force for the motor. The driving principle of this type of motor is introduced. The curves about the main dimensions of the elastic body versus its natural frequency of the vibrator by FEM are given. The B14 mode natural frequency of the vibrator is also calculated. Moreover the characteristics of the prototype in speed are measured and its feasibility is verified.
