摘要： 叙述了一种Ka频段内的微带隔离器,其优点是利用软基片来制成器件,铁氧体圆片可方便地镶嵌入软基片内.最后,在这种器件结构下,可在大于2GHz的带宽内获得小于1.2dB的正向损耗和大于20dB的反向损耗

Abstract: A microstrip isolator in Ka band,which has a advantage of utilizing soft substrate to fabricate devices is described in this paper.The ferrite disk can be embeded into the hole of soft substrate conveniently.The forward loss with less than 1 2dB and the backward loss with greater than 20dB over a 2GHz absolute bandwidth can be achieved with this device configuration.
