摘要: 用来描述水泥生料混合系统静态特性的输入/输出模型是多变量耦合的,且是非线性的.提出一种方案可使该系统实现线性化和部分解耦,这对于控制系统的分析、设计以及实现具有重要意义.继而设计了基于线性化解耦模型的自适应解耦控制系统,该系统引入基于改进加权最小二乘法的成分估计器实现高精度、强鲁棒控制.文中给出了仿真及实际运行结果,并与常规自适应控制作了对比.

Abstract: In cement production, the input/output model used to describe the static characteristic of raw material mixing system is nonlinear and coupling by interactive variables. Provides a linearizing and decoupling scheme and makes the system linearized and decoupled. It is very significant and convenient for analyzing, designing and implementing the control system. Designs an adaptive decoupling control system based on the improved weighting least squares method, realizes high-accuracy and stronger robustness control. Provides the results of simulation and practical operation and makes a comparison with the conventional adaptive control system.
