型材挤压过程的上限法分析

摘要: 建立了用于分析流线型模和平模挤压的上限模型.在该模型中采用坯锭和型材截面的插值构造挤压变形区曲面,动可容速度场则考虑了轴向流动速度分布,变形区曲面和动可容速度场中的伪独立参数由优化计算确定.计算分析表明,该上限分析方法具有较高精度,计算与实验结果吻合较好.

Abstract: An upper bound model for analyzing extrusion process is proposed. In this model, the deformation zone surface is constructed by interpolating the arbitrarily cross-sectional shapes of the billet and the section, the axial velocity distribution is considered in the admissible velocity field, the pseudo-independent parameters in the deformation zone surface and the admissible velocity field are calculated by optimum method. Analytical results show the upper bound method presented here is accurate, the calculating results are coincident with the experimental ones.
