摘要: 采用阶梯近似与严格模匹配相结合的方法,分析了介质栅截面为任意形状的介质周期结构对TE、TM极化电磁波的绕射特性.文中以介质栅截面形状为正弦、三角形、梯形、升余弦和半椭圆等为例,系统地比较分析了介质周期结构的绕射特性随频率和角度的变化关系.已有的文献结果验证了该方法对解决这一问题的有效性、准确性和普遍适用性.

Abstract: Wave diffraction characteristics of dielectric periodic structures with arbitrary grating profiles for TE and TM polarizations are analyzed by a method which combines the multimode network theory with the rigorous mode matching procedure. The variations of the diffraction with the change of frequency and incident angle for the periodic structures with different grating profiles, such as sinusoid, triangle, trapezoid, increasing cosine and semiellipse are systematically studied. The effectiveness and accuracy of the present method are verified by the results given in the literature.
