摘要: 应用齿轮滚刀的偏置构形原理,提出了齿轮滚刀齿侧面精密铲磨的一种新方法,并用算例验证了模型的可靠性,为制造高精度滚刀提供了可靠的理论依据.该铲磨方法也可推广到其他类型的滚刀中.

Abstract: Based on the acentric relief principle, a new method of accurate relief grinding is presented for making Archimedes hobs. The result of our calculation testifies its feasibility. This provides reliable theoretical bases for the manufacture of hobs with high precision. The method can also be used in other types of hobs.
