摘要: 计算机硬盘磁道定位机构是计算机硬盘中的一个十分重要部件.快速、准确地读取计算机硬盘上宽度为μm级的磁道信号是计算机硬盘磁道定位器设计和制作中的关键课题,对提高硬盘存储信号密度和读取时间有着重要意义.文中利用多层片式压电陶瓷微致动器制作了适合计算机硬盘磁头二级定位用的磁道定位机构,并对该定位器的驱动性能进行了分析和研究.

Abstract: Hard-disk drive is one of the most important parts in the computer. A new type actuator with dual -track system controlled by a multilayer piezoelectric actuator has been designed and fabricated. The time dependence and frequency response of the driver are measured by laser detecting system and the performance of the actuator with hard-disk dual -track system is discussed on the basis of the characterization of the piezoelectric actuator and finite element method.
