摘要: 分析并计算了超声振动切削所需的功率,提出了采用高效的压电换能器以及直接驱动刀具振动的新型超声振动切削装置进行超声切削的新方法,实验结果表明,该方法能有效地提高机械精密加工表面质量和精度.

Abstract: Power of ultrasonic vibration cutting (UVC) is analysed and calculated. The author suggests a new method, in which a new vibration cutting instrument equipped with a piezoelectric transducer and cutting tools driven directly is adopted. Experimental results show that this method can improve the surface quality and precision of precision machining.
