摘要: 研究了用直流电弧等离子体法制备Ni、Cu超微粉时,在原材料中加入高熔点金属W、Mo后,对超微粉产率的影响.结果表明,Ni、Cu超微粉的产率有较大幅度提高,并且超微粉中几乎不含有W和Mo.探讨了W、Mo提高超微粉产率的原因.

Abstract: The effect of high -melting-point metals W and Mo on the production rate in the preparation of ultrafine Ni and Cu powder using "hydrogen plasma-metal" reaction method is investigated. It is indicated that the production rate has been improved. And the ultrafine powders hardly contain any W and Mo. The causes of high production rate are also discussed.
