摘要: 用sol-gel和SCFD技术制备了超微粒子氧化铁,采用TEM、XRD等手段对其物性进行了表征.考察了制备条件对产物粒径、形貌及晶型的影响.研究发现采用SCFD技术制备超微粒子氧化铁可实现干燥、晶化一步完成.

Abstract: Nanometer ferric oxide were prepared by sol-gel and supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) method. The nanometer ferric oxide powders were characterized in terms of XRD, and TEM techniques. The dependence of particle size on preparation conditions was also investigated. It was found that the drying and crystal can be achieved in one step by the SCFD technique.
