摘要: 阐述了V-P-Fe系临界温度热敏电阻CTR(critical temperature resistor)的详细制作过程,并对不同样品的技术参数进行对比,确定了最佳配料方案.

Abstract: In this paper, a method of fabrication of V-P-Fe's CTR was described. Ψ, Rc, Tc of specimens with different composition were measured. The composition with optimum characterization was determined.
