摘要： 针对一些生物材料在干燥过程中会发生收缩这一特性,以市场上新鲜豌豆为研究对象,测得了该物料在不同干燥条件下的干燥曲线、收缩曲线,引入并求得了体积收缩系数.

关键词: 干燥过程, 收缩特性

Abstract: Some material, especially biomaterial, will shrink during the drying process. In the experiment, drying curve and shrinkable curve of fresh pea is measured. Volumetric shrinkable coefficient is also introduced and measured.
