摘要: 提出一种适用于复杂产品可靠性综合评估的信息理论方法.从信息理论的基本原理出发,根据部件或分系统的试验或使用信息提供的信息量与产品折合试验应提供的信息量相等的原理,将其折合为产品的等效试验信息,建立了由各种不同或相同成败型部件或分系统组成产品(系统)时试验信息等效折合的数学模型,并通过实例讨论了该方法的具体应用.

Abstract: An effective reliability synthesis assessment method based on the information theory for sophisticated products is presented. The general conversion models are established according to the equivalent principle of information quantity,and the calculating formulae of the first and second approximate lower limits of the system reliability are given. The applications of this method are demonstrated by examples.
