摘要: 对熔融碳酸盐燃料电池双极板的热腐蚀行为作了初步研究.腐蚀产物的X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析和离子分析表明其主要成分为NiFe2O4、LiFeO2、NiCr2O4等,同时进行了双极板和阳极的腐蚀动力学测量及腐蚀机理的初步探讨.研究结果表明熔融碳酸盐燃料电池双极板和阳极的热腐蚀速度均较快,腐蚀层较疏松,并且可能具有共腐蚀作用.

Abstract: The corrosion behavior of the separator in molten carbonate fuel cells was studied. X ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron micrographs (SEM) and ion analysis were employed to study the hot corrosion products. It is shown that the chief components of the corrosion products included NiFe2O4, LiFeO2, NiCr2O4 etc. Meanwhile, through the measurement of the corrosion dynamics of the bipolar boards as well as the anode and the preliminary discussion of the corrosion mechanism, it is known that their hot corrosion rate is relatively fast, corrosion layers are relatively loose and there is possibility that they have co corrosion effect.
