二维介质PBG结构色散特性的时域有限差分法分析

摘要: 采用时域有限差分法分析二维介质柱PBG结构的色散特性.计算表明,在介质填充比相同的条件下含单介质柱周期的PBG结构,其介质柱形状对色散特性的影响很小;而含多介质柱周期的PBG结构,TM波的阻带中心频率随介质柱个数的增多而提高,阻带绝对宽度增大,相对宽度相当.

Abstract: In this paper, the dispersion characteristics in 2-D dielectric PBG structure are analyzed by using FDTD method. The computed κ-ω curves show that under the same ratio of dielectric occupancy in the period cell and in the case of a single dielectric cylinder only, the dispersion curves are not sensitive to the geometry of this cylinder. However, in the case of multiple separat-ed cylinders, the central frequency of TM band-gap rises with the increased number of cylinders, and its relative bandwidth is almost constant.
