摘要: 针对近似可靠性计算理论中的:二阶矩理论和H-L理论进行比较分析,得出H-L理论在负指数非线性领域的致命问题,即不适用于负指数非线性机械零件可靠性设计领域.

Abstract: The theories of second-moment and H -L which have been used widely in the engineer-ing structure are analyzed contrastively. The fatal problem of the H-L theory in the non-linear field is found. The fatal fault is that the theory of H-L is unfit for the reliability design of high non-linear mechanical elements.
