摘要: 对机械设计中的传动轴温度分布进行了一定的分析,对不同直径,不同型号轴承的温度分布状况给出了理论计算公式.对实际中安排合理的传动件位置建立了数学模型,并给以解决,以利于设计中直接引用.

关键词: 热传导, 平均导热系数, 热变形, 绝热层

Abstract: This paper systematically analyses the temperature distribution of the transmission shaft in machine design and puts forward the theoretical computation modei of temperature distribution in bearings of different diameters and types. The paper also discusses the proper arrange-ment of the driving parts. The theoretical mathematic mode is established and solved for direct ap-plication in machine design.
