摘要: 用时域有限差分法(FDTD)分析了两种非线性集总元件.提出了一种改进的非线性集总网络算法(INL2N),解决了肖特基二极管在FDTD法中轴向占多个网格情况的处理方法;同时给出了分析耿氏二极管的一组实用的FDTD迭代公式;这两种方法的计算结果与文献及SPICE结果吻合较好.

Abstract: Two kinds of nonlinear lumped elements are analyzed by the FDTD algorithm.The improved nonlinear lumped network (INL2N) -FDTD method has been used to analyze the Schottky diode in more than one FDTD grid cells.The Gunn diode has been analyzed by an effective set of FDTD iterative formulas.The analysis results are in good agreement with the relevant literature and the results of the SPICE.
