分布式环境下结构动静态协同优化设计

A Structurally Dynamic and Static Collaborative Optimization Design under Distributed Circumstances

摘要: 以液压挖掘机工作装置为例,提出了实现结构动静态优化设计的技术路线,并给出了实现有限元分析参数化建模、协同优化建模和协同优化的方法和策略.通过应用分布式协同优化和结构动静态有限元协同分析等策略,在构建的网络计算环境下成功地实现了液压挖掘机工作装置的协同优化设计,且获得了满意的优化结果.

Abstract: Engineering application of the collaborative optimization technology is studied through an example-the design optimization of the working device of a hydraulic excavator.The technology route of structurally static and dynamic collaborative optimization is studied, and some useful strategies are put forward to deal with technology difficulties during the parameterized FEA modeling stage, the collaborative optimization modeling stage and the collaborative optimization stage.Based on the distributed collaborative optimization strategy and structurally dynamic and static collaborative analysis strategy, the design optimization process is completed automatically under Internet circumstances, and a satisfactory optimization result is obtained.
