面向服务的企业物流绩效评价信息集成系统架构

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 企业物流活动分散于各职能部门和与企业有密切联系的供应商、销售商和客户之中,企业的物流服务往往是多项物流活动交叉后的综合作用.企业物流的这种特点为建立信息系统对其绩效进行评价增加了难度.该文综合利用面向服务的新思想和系统集成原理,结合企业物流绩效评价系统和企业其他应用系统的关系和特点,提出了面向服务的企业物流绩效评价信息集成系统架构.该架构为企业建立全面、客观的物流绩效评价信息集成系统提供了一种新方法.

Abstract: Enterprise logistics activities exist among the functional departments, suppliers, sellers and customers. Enterprise logistics service is a result of the integration of logistics activities.Therefore it is difficult to construct a log istics performance assessment system.The novel service-oriented idea and the system integration theory are used in this paper to construct architecture of information integration system for enterprise logistics performance assessment based on the relation between logistics performance assessment system and other application systems in the enterprise.The architecture gives a new way for establishing comprehensive and objective information integration system of logistics performance assessment.
