棉纤维原料品质与成纱单纱强力的灰关联分析

Gray Analysis for Correlation between Yarn Strength and of Cotton Fiber Quality

摘要:

以棉纤维原料品质与成纱单纱强力所组成的系统为灰色系统,并对这一系统采用灰关联方法进行了分析.给出了分析过程和步骤,分析中发现棉纤维长度对成纱单纱强力影响最大,纤维成熟度的影响次之,纤维细度和强度的影响则较小.这一规律与传统生产实践中人们的认知感相同,证明灰关联分析是棉纤维原料品质与成纱单纱强力因素分析的较佳方法.

Abstract:

We have found that the relationship between the cotton fiber quality and the yarn strength can be modeled as a gray system.This paper describes a detailed analysis of the system.The study shows that the yarn strength is strongly affected by the length of the cotton fiber.The index is also influenced by maturity of the fiber, but is insensitive to the diameter and strength of the fiber.The findings are consistent with practical observations, indicating that the gray system analysis is an effective method for parametrical analysis of yarn strength.
