计量器具检定周期灰色动态模型及应用研究

Gray Dynamic Model of Verification Cycle in Measuring Instruments and Its Application

摘要:

企业的计量器具是保证产品质量的有力工具,由于工况的复杂性、多样性、随机性,其检定周期的确定应是动态的.根据计量器具检测数据的统计特点,采用了加权处理的办法,建立了基于时间序列和基于频次序列的动态灰色模型DGM (1,1).通过具体案例对比(例如游标卡尺)发现:该模型具有较高的拟合精度及预测精度;不同工况下周期和寿命有明显差异;频次序列模型的预测结果优于时间序列模型条件下的预测结果.结合动态模型与汽车制造业实例,建立了基于信息集成的、多传感器监控与管理监控相结合的检定周期与使用寿命周期监控流程和信息子系统,应用于企业生产.

Abstract:

We establish two gray dynamic models GDM(1, 1) of measuring instrument's verification cycle based on time and frequency sequences by using the statistical feature of examined data and a weighting method.For a specific case, vernier caliper for example, the model has high precision in fitting and prediction.The lifecycles can vary under different working conditions.Prediction results of the frequency sequence model are better than that of the time sequence model. Based on information integration, multi-sensor control and management control, a control and information subsystem for verification cycle and lifecycle is set up for a case of gray dynamic model and auto-manufacturing.The models can be used to produce process to help enterprise reduce error, flaw and cost.
