时间延迟的系统检测优化模型

摘要: 以故障发生具有时间延迟特点,且潜在故障只能通过检测发现的系统为研究对象,考虑了检测本身的不完备性,分析和确定了系统在正常、潜在故障、功能故障3种状态下的更换概率和期望寿命,以系统平均维修费用率最小化为目标,建立了系统检测优化模型。最后通过实例,说明系统的故障率、维修成本及检测本身的不完备性对最优检测间隔选择的影响,证明了模型的有效性。

Abstract: For systems in which symptoms of failure is delayed and the possible failure can only be detected through inspection, replacement probability and expected lifespan are analyzed by considering imperfection of the inspection in normal state, imminent failure state and failed state, respectively. An optimal inspection model is proposed to minimize the total mean maintenance cost. Influence of system failure rate, maintenance cost and imperfect inspection on the optimal inspection interval is illustrated with a practical example, showing effectiveness of the modele.
