分析抽油机井系统效率监测数据的EMD分析

Analyzing Monitoring Efficiency of Sucker-Rod Pumping Unit with Empirical Mode Decomposition

摘要: 在利用抽油机系统效率变化曲线评价有杆抽油系统性能时,测试仪器误差和外界环境干扰作为噪声包含在测试数据中,导致计算得到的油井系统效率曲线不能直接用于系统分析和评价中。为了解决这一问题,本文在对比小波方法和经验模式分解法(EMD)提取复杂信号趋势项的能力的基础上,将EMD方法用于抽油机井系统效率测试数据分析,有效地提取了抽油机井系统效率的变化趋势,仿真结果表明该方法具有简便和高效的特点。

Abstract: In evaluating the sucker-rod pumping performance of an oil well, the measured signal is inevitably contaminated by instrument errors and disturbances of various environment effects. As a result, the system efficiency obtained from the original monitoring signal cannot be used directly for analyzing the system efficiency. To deal with this problem, comparison is made between the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and the wavelet method in terms of signal trend extraction. The EMD method has been found to be better, and used in analyzing the monitoring signal of sucker-rod pumping unit. The variation trend of system efficiency of the oil well is obtained. Numerical simulations show that EMD is an accurate, simple, and efficient method for extracting trend of monitoring signal of the oil well.
