喘振频域特性的实验研究

摘要: 对离心压缩机从平稳工况向喘振过渡的动态压力信号,首先利用相关积分法定量确定喘振各发展阶段;然后采用FFT-FT提高过渡段和喘振段信号的频率分辨率,从而计算出准确的喘振先兆和喘振频率;最后对整段信号进行连续频谱细化分析,结果表明过渡阶段和喘振阶段的主频均在所确定的频率附近波动。本文的研究将为喘振频域监测指标的选择提供科学的依据。

Abstract: This paper studies dynamic pressure signals from the state far from surge to the state of fully developed surge in the centrifugal compressor using a correlation integral method to quantify various stages in the surge development. The measured data in the transitional stage and the surge stage are analyzed using FFT to obtain the exact frequency of surge and its precursor with high-resolution spectrum. Variation of the spectrum peak with time in the fixed zoom region is obtained through a continuous spectral analysis. It is illustrated that the dominant frequency in the transitional stage and the surge stage fluctuates mildly around these two frequencies.
