燕尾榫连接结构低周微动疲劳寿命预测

摘要: 在低周疲劳寿命预测方法中,通过引入摩擦功因子,考虑微动作用对构件疲劳寿命的影响,对传统的名义应力法进行改进,以用于构件的低周疲劳寿命预测。针对燕尾榫连接结构,采用有限元技术求解接触问题,获得结构接触应力及接触状态量的分布,并预测裂纹萌生的位置。进一步应用该位置处的应力场和接触状态进行结构的寿命预测;通过燕尾榫连接结构的低周微动疲劳试验,获得了寿命预测模型中的相关参数。最后采用相关文献中的试验结果对该模型进行了验证。

Abstract: A factor of friction power is considered during fatigue, and a new model for predicting fretting fatigue life under low cycle load is presented based on a nominal stress method. For dovetail joint, the problem of elastic contact is solved using the finite element method. Distribution of contact stress and contact status of dovetail joint are obtained, and the location of fretting fatigue crack predicted. With the stress field and contact status of the location,low cycle fatigue(LCF) of the joint can be predicted. Some parameters in the model are evaluated in theoretical analysis and experiment. Experimental results presented in the literature are used to show validity of the proposed model.
