Error Correction in 3D Reconstruction System Using Single Image

摘要: 基于改进两步法的标定思想,在三维重构中提出了一种新的视觉系统参数标定与镜头畸变修正方法。该方法利用图像中心附近点畸变量较小的性质,用中心附近点和全场视点对CCD相机和DLP投影仪的内外部参数标定和镜头畸变校正进行分离。标定过程中,所设计的带标准圆阵列的靶标和伪随机连续方形编码可以实现特征点的自动识别和匹配。实验证明,该方法能快速、方便地对视觉系统进行标定和畸变误差修正,提高了三维重构精度。

Abstract: A novel calibration and lens distortion correction of 3D reconstruction systems is introduced in this paper. Assuming zero distortion at the center of image, the parameter calibration and lens distortion correction of the CCD camera and the DLP projector is separated with the center points and all the rest points in the field. Furthermore, identification and correspondence of the interested points are automatically done because of the design target with standard circles and multicolor code of pseudo-random array during calibration. Experiments show that the proposed method is fast and convenient in the calibration of lens distortion.
