摘要:

对基于期望值最大化的统计盲多用户检测方法进行改进。针对期望值最大化(expectation maximization,EM)算法的高复杂度及性能欠佳的缺点,在进行最大似然估计时先考虑用户所受的多址干扰及噪声,修改最大似然估计函数,并加以分解简化,提出一种改进的EM算法实现CDMA盲多用户检测,并进行了实验仿真。实验结果表明,改进方法提高了系统的抗干扰性能,且算法复杂度降低。

Abstract: Blind CDMA multiuser detection based on the expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm is studied, and an improved blind multiuser detection method based on the EM algorithm is proposed. To overcome conflict between computational complexity and the system performance, both multiuser interferences and noise are taken into account in the maximization likelihood estimate, and the likelihood function is modified. Simplification is achieved by decomposition of the estimation process. Numerical experiment is carried out. The results show that the proposed algorithm has good performance and low computation complexity.
