摘要: 混沌激光具有宽频谱、类噪声的特点,已广泛应用于通信、传感和激光雷达等领域.半导体激光器因体积小、性能稳定、成本低等优势而成为产生混沌激光的主要光源.传统光反馈混沌半导体激光器信号带宽窄,存在时延特征,且大多为分立器件构成的系统.针对以上问题,综合介绍了近年来在混沌激光带宽增强、时延特征抑制和集成化混沌激光器方面的研究进展,并对混沌半导体激光器的发展趋势和应用前景进行展望.

Abstract: Chaotic laser, known for the wide-spectrum and noise-like characteristics, has been widely used in various fields such as communication, sensing and lidar. Due to the advantages of small size, stable performance and low cost, semiconductor lasers have become the main light source for the generation of chaotic laser. The traditional chaotic semiconductor lasers with optical feedback have the problems of narrow signal bandwidth, with time-delay signature, and low integration with discrete devices. For these problems, the research progress in recent years of researchers on the bandwidth enhancement, time-delay signature suppression and integrated chaotic lasers is introduced comprehensively in this paper. And the development trend and potential applications of chaotic semiconductor lasers are also prospected.
