摘要： 该文提出了一类新的电流模式双二次电路,它们仅包含-β电流放大器及RC器件.这些电路是通过对偶变换从Sallen-Key等人的-kRC电压模式双二次电路得到,电流放大器由CCⅡ构成.这些双二次电路可以直接级联起来.

Abstract: A class of current-mode biquads using the -β current amplifier and RO components are presented in this paper.They are derived directly from the Salled-Key -kRO voltage-mode biquads by dual transformation.COⅡ devices are used as convenient current amplifiers here. These biquads can be cascaded directly.
