摘要: 当处于稳态非均匀温度场时,孔型零件热变形要考虑热应力产生的形变对其变形量的影响.用热弹性力学的方法推导了由热应力和自然膨胀所产生的孔型零件在稳态非均匀温度场中的热变形公式,实验结果也证实了公式的实用性.

Abstract: Hollow parts always work in an uneven steady-state temperature field.Causes of hollow part's thermal deformation include thermal stress and thermal expansion.An equation based on thermoelasticity method with a hollow part in an uneven steady-state temperature field is derived.The equation is verified by experimental results.
