Experimental Study on the Metal Ceramic Thermal Couple for Continuous Measuring of the Temperature of Hot Metal

摘要: 采用两种不同组成的金属陶瓷棒作为测温热电偶,置于钢液中进行连续测温,实验证明是可行的.组成新型热电偶的金属陶瓷棒耐钢渣侵蚀性好、输出热电动势值较大,在金属熔化温度范围内其热电动势与温度的线性关系明显.

Abstract: Experiment had proved feasible that two different metal ceramic rods used as thermal couple electrodes were immersed directly into hot metal to measure temperature continuously. Thermal couple electrodes made up of two different metal ceramic rods had merits of high resistance corrosion by hot metal and slag, higher export emf, ideal linear relationship between measuring temperature and thermal emf at the range of melting temperature.
