摘要: 研究了在热压过程中MoSi2与B4C反应合成的硅化物与硼化物复合材料的显微结构及力学性能.结果表明,得到的复合材料以MoSi2,Mo2B5为主要组成相.复合材料的力学性能较纯MoSi2有较大改进.当B4C添加量w=10%时,ebKIC均达到最大值,分别为380MPa和3.9MPa·m1/2,复合材料的硬度值则随添加量增加而增加.

Abstract: In this article,the microstructure and mechnical properties of composites produced by the reaction between MoSi2 and B4C during the hot pressing process were studied.The results indicated that the composites are mainly consisted of MoSi2,Mo2B5 and small amount of SiC and Si.The mechnical proper ties of composites which compared with monolith Mo Si2 material were greatly improved.Bending strength and fracture toughness reached the highest value of 380MPa and 3.9MPa· m1/2,respectively,at ambient temperature when B4C addition is of 10%.On the other hand,hardness of the composites increased with the increasement of B4C addition.
