摘要： 研究了(ZnGeP2)1-x(GaP)2x体系的相结构,测量了因Ga取代部分Zn和Ge所引起的该体系的电学、光学、机械性能等的变化,并对这些变化的可能原因作了初步的探讨.

Abstract: The phase structure and the characterization of the (ZnGeP2)1-x(GaP)2x system have been investigated in this paper. The reason for some differences if Ga partly substitutes for Zn and Ge in the lattice is briefly discussed.
