摘要: 本文用Monte Carlo方法计算ϕ(ρz)函数时,考虑了电子在不同元素孤立薄层中的散射差异对40种常见元素的ϕ(ρz)函数积分值作了计算.

Abstract: The differences of the electron scatterings in various solids were considered in claculating X-ray distribution functions in isolated films using Monte Carlo simulation. The integrated values of the forty common elements are given in this paper.
